Ask a New Question5Repliesa year ago | a year agoLines through touch screen Hello, My Vivid E95 has intermittently been getting lines through the touch screen image. Sometimes it goes all green. A reboot clears it up. I have cleaned and reseated all connections to touch screen and BEP. I have replaced the touch screen, video card, and swapped out the BEP. My next thing to try is going to be the video cables connecting BEP to touch screen. Has anyone experienced anything similar. ThanksReply |
-amrokhalifa 2 years ago | 2 years agoDicom Configuration I have VIVID E95 new unit was installed before 9 months ago the unit working good till last month, the network was down 3 hour but fixed (No update No change just rest system) after day from that the unit not transfer the imageThe configuration not changed when i checked i found the unit not pinging ,the IP address and A title same (all configuration same not changed) before that day the unit working properly.I contact with GE service Engineer after investigation he did found any problem in machine told me IT Issues, we contact with our IT Department he check the network every thing ok no problem even other machines from GE Vivid 7, vivid i also Phillips machine IE33, all working without any problem then told us the problem in your machineThe Ge service engineer reload software to confirm the problem not in his machine but same result (the PACS verified but not pinging) I try with IP address from machine working but result, even i transfer the unit different floor but same result . After that we received 3 new machine Vivid E95 new unit when make configuration also not pinging all. then Ge services engineer told me the problem in your network till now i don't know how to solve this problem Please if anyone have suggestions Please support.Reply |
3Replies3 years ago | 3 years agoM5Sc-d issues Hello, I have 5 systems that all have had issues with CW noise when cable is moved at Strain relief. Requiring replacement of the transducer 2 systems have had them replaced twice in less than a year and a half. GE tech support says they haven't had widespread issues. I am reaching out to see if anyone else has been having similar issues. ThanksReply |

Ask a New Question1Reply3 years ago | 3 years agoSoftware issues 1. Freezing2. Delay while scanning live3. Color box flicker/flashing, also moves on its own. 4. Cursor moves on its own. 5. Ekg sometimes does not register the EKG and the only way is to restart machine. Doesnt always work. 6. Pop up message saying 'the file or directory C:InSite2CKM.tomcat.log is corrupt and unreadable. Please run the Chkdsk utility. 7. Pt exams not being sent over or not saving. Called a GE tech he states it needs a new hard drive. However i was able to see that our software version is a 7.0 and the newest one avaliable is an 11.0. How can i get the lastest softwear and how can i fix these problems? Reply |
